Ladies Extreme Survival

Are you ready to unlock a new level of confidence in your abilities?
Designed and led by a woman instructor, Katerina Sofokleous started this course with the dream of women supporting each other in a safe and challenging way. While society represents women as vulnerable and weak, we know we are survivors. Even studies showed that women could do better than men in survival scenarios.
This is not a “sit, listen and take notes” event. Ladies Extreme Survival is a program for women who have the physical skills and are ready to discover the potential for success and confidence that is already inside them while learning practical survival skills.
Through this 7-day event, you will immerse into Poland’s wilderness, learn the principles of survival teamwork, and build your confidence and mental and physical strength. You will have a realistic scenario, and with your teammates’ help and support, you will need to bring it to success. Upon rescue, you will be rewarded with a one-night stay at a hotel in the beautiful city of Wroclaw, where you can relax before leaving Poland.
Our mission is simple: to encourage, educate and empower women in survival skills while you improve your fitness and mental health and learn more about yourself and the environment. Most importantly, you will have fun.

We use realistic scenarios to contextualise and illustrate the use of physical techniques. It makes it easier to learn, and things make more sense.

Who is this course for?
The course is designed for any female above 18, no matter the fitness level or previous firearms experience. You will need to have some basic fitness level as there will be a lot of hiking and walking.
